We understand that plans can change and reservations may need to be canceled, however, the process of booking reservations has a set of costs which SuiteDreams Inn cannot recover if the reservation is canceled without a fee. Therefore our standard cancellation policy requires a fee of 4% of the guest’s deposit and the retention of the deposit by SuiteDreams Inn if the cancellation is made within 30 day of the reservation’s arrival date or the retention of the full cost of the reservation if the cancellation is made within 14 days of the arrival date.
If you must cancel, please do so prior to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date in order to avoid the retention of your deposit and give us the best chance to resell your previously reserved rooms. In all cases, if you need to cancel a reservation we will retain 4% of your deposit paid in order to cover a portion of our cost of taking and canceling your reservation. Reservations for certain holidays including but not limited to Fantasy Fest week, Christmas week and New Years week will be charged the full reservation amount at the time of booking and are non-refundable regardless of cancellation date. We recommend purchasing travelers insurance, as we are unable to refund deposits due to cancellations resulting from illness, weather or acts of God.
All suites/rooms have maximum occupancies in compliance with fire codes. All persons regardless of age are considered occupants. Guests found to be exceeding the maximum occupancy for their unit will be required to vacate the entire reservation without refund.
The Duval Key West room includes 1 King Bed, Private Bathroom, Mini-Fridge, Microwave, Flat Screen TV, Coffee Pot and Toaster. There is a semi private patio/deck with seating for two overlooking our garden.
The Hemingway Key West Retreat includes 2 Bedrooms one with a King bed the other with a Queen bed, 2 private en-suite Bathrooms, a Full Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room with Day Bed Trundle Sleeper, and a Private Pool, Deck and Lounge Chairs.
